    I'm Tiffany Watts Consultant | Coach | Trustee | Mother of 2

I love working with courageous leaders in the midst of pivotal change.

    Coaching

    I help leaders to be

    the best they can,

    own their values and strengths,

    develop authentic leadership

    and build resilience.

    As a coach I will:

    • Journey and partner with you outside your comfort zone
    • Be a critical friend, compassionately challenging
    • Help you face fears and have difficult conversations
    • Reflect, encourage and lift you
    • Provide a safe, reflective space to develop an authentically you-shaped leader
    • Help you see patterns and create new opportunities

It can feel lonely at the top, but Together everything is possible

    About Tiffany

I have worked in the development sector for 20 years, first as a fundraiser and then as a CEO and Trustee of four different organisations. As someone who has reported directly to Boards, and sat on them, I fully understand the demands, pressures and often isolation of senior roles, as well as the value of mentors and sector peers.

My specialism is scaling and restructuring NGOs within challenging climates, attracting funds, campaigning and collaborative working. I have worked with projects in 11 different countries throughout Asia, Africa and Latin America steering global strategies, developing theories of change and seeding new initiatives. I am a strong proponent of greater partnerships within and across sectors and participated in CSC Leaders: a global programme bringing together 100 senior leaders from across the Commonwealth to tackle global challenges.

    My values

One of the central conversations I have with clients is around what they want themselves and their organisations to stand for. So I feel it's only fair to share my own values with you. I stand for:

    Authenticity

    Courage

    Positivity

    Justice

    Honesty

    Empathy and compassion
